Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@melbnactive.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 140 Maitland Street, Narrabri NSW 2390 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@melbnactive.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

You have 30 days from the day you receive your delivery to send them back to us for store credit. For sanitary reasons please try on garments over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained/smell. We cover the shipping charges back to us for the first exchange on Australian orders.

Your exchange item can only be reserved once your package arrives back to us and is marked as received. In the case that we are unable to provide an exchange due to the stock for the item you have selected no longer being available, we will instead issue you an exchange credit that can be used at your discretion.

Sale Items

Items purchased during our site wide sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and others are non-refundable. While we do not accept refunds for purchases made during these sale events, we do accept exchanges in accordance with our standard exchange policy.

Afterpay Returns:

If you have purchased through AfterPay the returns process is the same as the above. If an exchange, a store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, it will go through Afterpay. Afterpay will refund you and payments you have made + cancel any remaining payments you have for your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
